Introduction to IT and Cybersecurity
CSEC 101 is a short and concise introduction to the various disciplines of Information Technology and Cybersecurity. Students will learn about the common tasks, skills, certification, and salary of each position. Students will also experience some of the common of the various job roles in a virtual lab environment.
The different roles that will be discussed includes:
- System Administrator
- Network Administrator
- Incident Responder
- Penetration Tester
- Cybersecurity Manager
- Privacy Analyst
